WE ONLY MAKE RETURNS OR REFUNDS IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED.
We do not accept returns after the 14 day period from receipt of goods, so please contact us as soon as possible and you will be given a full refund or replacement if necessary!

To receive a refund according to our 'Refund' policy, please email us before and after photos of the product. Our team will check if the conditions for a refund are met.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Simply fill in our contact form indicating the order number and the subject 'RETURN' or 'REPLACEMENT'.

Refundable orders must be received by us and/or returned to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of the product. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must return the goods to our warehouse (refund processing may take more than 10 days depending on the bank). The returned product must be undamaged and sealed.
